Description
C57BL/6 mice's pia mater was used to extract the MMC from Creative Biolabs. In the first generation, MMC is supplied frozen after being cryopreserved. Immunofluorescence is used to identify MMC; these cells are positive for fibronectin and negative for GFAP, -SMA, and Thy 1.1. Mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungus are all absent from MMC. Under the criteria outlined by Creative Biolabs, MMC promises a further increase of five population doublings.
