The cloned human CX3CR1 expressing cell line at Creative Biolabs was prepared in the Chem-4 host. It supports a high level of recombinant CX3CR1 expression on the cell surface and contains a high level of promiscuous G protein to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between CX3CR1 and its ligand.
