Description
OriNeu™ SD rat neural stem cells/GFP are derived from the brain tissue of 14.5-day-old SD rats, cultured in the form of suspended neurospheres, and transduced with lentivirus with GFP gene after culture, so that the cells can stably express GFP. It can be used as a cell model for proliferation, aging, immunity, differentiation and transplantation studies.
