The Total GPCR Internalization cell line NCL-7P598 at Creative Biolabs is engineered to co-express PK-labeled GPCRs and endosome-located enzyme receptor (EA) labels. The activation of GPCR-PK induces the internalization of the receptor in the EA-labeled endosome, forcing the two β-galactosidase fragments (EA and PK) to complement each other.
