The Total GPCR Internalization cell line NCL-7P639 at Creative Biolabs is engineered to co-express Enzyme Receptor (EA) labeled GPCR and PK labeled endosomes.The activation of GPCR-EA induces the internalization of the receptor in the PK-labeled endosome, forcing the two β-galactosidase fragments (EA and PK) to complement each other.The resulting functional enzyme hydrolyzes the substrate to generate a chemiluminescent signal.
