Description
DNA quantification is a key step in molecular biology, requiring accuracy, reliability, and the use of smaller and smaller sample sizes for applications such as next-generation sequencing. Compared with spectrophotometric DNA quantification, fluorescence method has key advantages, such as significantly improved sensitivity, selectivity for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) higher than single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) or RNA, and increased pollutant Tolerance (protein and carbohydrate molecules). The LinearMax Quant dsDNA analysis kit provides a sensitive, accurate and easy-to-use pre-optimized complete solution.

Assay Kit Mechanism
The LinearMax dsDNA Quantation analysis kit is composed of a unique dye that can selectively bind to dsDNA and generate a bright fluorescent signal. Enhancers are also included to further reduce background fluorescence and increase the dynamic range of detection. These three specially formulated kits can achieve accurate and precise measurement of dsDNA from pg (pg) to thousands of nanograms (ng).
