N21 Medium Supplement is an optimized serum-free supplement specifically designed to isolate and amplify neurons from mouse and rat hippocampus. In addition to being useful for long-term neuronal survival, it has also been proven to be used for serum-free culture of mouse ES cells and human ES cell-derived neural progenitor cells.
