Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Phospho-MEK1/2 (Ser217/221) antibody recognizes endogenous levels of MEK1/2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser217/221. This antibody cross-reacts with a 120 kDa phosphoprotein of unknown identity.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser217/221 of human MEK1/2 protein.
