Description
One of the main signs of Alzheimer's disease is the formation of neurofibrillary tangles. These are aggregates of highly phosphorylated Tau proteins, also called paired spiral filaments (PHF-Tau).
The AT8, AT100, AT180 and AT270 monoclonal antibodies can be used to develop (immune) assays for the specific determination of different phosphorylation sites of Tau protein.
