Description
The mouse DMT1 cell line that stably expresses HEK293T overexpresses the divalent metal transporter 1 (DMT1) introduced into HEK293T cells by DMT1 cDNA transfection. This cell line at Creative Biolabs can be used for cell-based screening of small molecule inhibitors of iron uptake due to metal-sensitive calcein fluorescence.
