Description
Trypsin is composed of a single-chain polypeptide of 223 amino acid residues and is produced by removing the N-terminal hexapeptide cleaved at the Lys-lle peptide bond from trypsinogen. The amino acid sequence is cross-linked by 6 disulfide bonds.
