Fig.1 shows the immunostaining of a sub-odonblastic plexus sample (coronary dental pulp) cryofixed with an antibody 3881.1.
Human whole blood from three donors (26027, 26028, 26031) was stained with a-GalCer-loaded CD Id tetramer, 6B11-FITC or NKTT120-FITC in conjunction with anti-CD3 and anti-Va24 mAbs. Red blood cells were subsequently lysed and cells analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells shown are gated on CD3+ lymphocytes.
Fig.2 shows the immunostaining of a cryofixed root canal sample of dental pulp with antibody 3881.1.
