Fig.1 shows the immunolabeling results of HEK cells after fixation with PAF (paraformaldehyde) 2% by an anti-Myc monoclonal antibody and the anti-hNav 1.9 Rbaa4 antibody.
Human whole blood from three donors (26027, 26028, 26031) was stained with a-GalCer-loaded CD Id tetramer, 6B11-FITC or NKTT120-FITC in conjunction with anti-CD3 and anti-Va24 mAbs. Red blood cells were subsequently lysed and cells analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells shown are gated on CD3+ lymphocytes.
