Description

4-1BB, also known as CD137, is a type I membrane glycoprotein, which belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. It is mainly expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, activated B cells, and natural killer cells. 4-1BB is involved in the activation and survival of CD4+ or CD8+ T cells, and NK cells. It can induce monocyte activation through its interaction with 4-1BB ligand.

Storage

The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

Handling Advice

Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
