TaqProbe-Based Real Time PCR (qPCR) Master Mix Kit

Description

qPCR Master Mix is a 2-fold concentrated solution optimized for real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) based on TaqMan® probes. It is designed to be used in combination with gene-specific primers (used to amplify target cDNA) and fluorescently labeled probes that use the 5'nuclease activity of Taq DNA polymerase to generate fluorescent signals. The accumulation rate of the fluorescent signal is used to quantify the cDNA to determine the amount of mRNA present in the original sample. The qPCR master mix includes hot-start DNA polymerase, dNTP, MgCl2, enhancer and stabilizer. The qPCR master mix kit also includes ROX reference dye as a separate component, making it compatible with qPCR systems that rely on reference dyes and are independent of reference PCR.
