Description
Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline (d-pbs) can be used as a temporary dilution, washing, irrigation or transportation solution for cell or tissue cultures. It provides a buffer system to maintain the physiological pH range and osmotic balance of the culture medium, and provides water and necessary inorganic ion source for cells.
