Product Overview

Description

With around 70% of the entire pool of Nav subunits in the rat brain, Nav1.2 is the most prevalent subunit in the central nervous system. It is widely expressed in the axons of the adult central nervous system, particularly in the mossy fibres, radiation layer, and orient layer of the cortex, thalamus, globus pallidus, and hippocampus. Nav1.2 is expressed in granulosa and Purkinje cells in the cerebellum.
