Description
The cloned cell line established at Creative Biolabs expressing human S1P1 was prepared in the Chem-4 host. It supports a high level of recombinant S1P1 expression on the cell surface and contains a high level of promiscuous G protein to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between S1P1 and its ligand.
