NeuroMab™ Anti-Tau BBB Shuttle Antibody, Clone 5G2A3

Figure 1 shows the abbreviated tau for antibodies at 1:1000, 1:3000, 1:9000, 1:27000 and 1:81000 antibody dilutions. Immunospecificity for the Asp421 epitope is shown.

Figure 2 shows mixed cortical cultures of JNPL3 mice pretreated with PHF (1 μg/ml) against antibody 5G2A3 and antibody 1G11A10 (10 μg/ml) over time.
