Description

AT8 is a monoclonal antibody against PHF phosphorylation at Ser202 and Thr205. PHF-tau-specific monoclonal antibody AT8 can be used to detect tau and abnormally phosphorylated tau in brain extracts and in unconcentrated cerebrospinal fluid.

Lane 7: Molecular weight markers. Lanes 1 and 2 were developed using AT8, lanes 3 and 4, using AT120 and lanes 5 and 6, using Tau-1 monoclonal antibody.
