AT8 is a monoclonal antibody against PHF phosphorylation at Ser202 and Thr205. PHF-tau-specific monoclonal antibody AT8 can be used to detect tau and abnormally phosphorylated tau in brain extracts and in unconcentrated cerebrospinal fluid.
