The kit is a separately sold component and does not contain basic medium. These are part of MV microvascular endothelial cell growth CocKit™ medium (catalog number NCC20-9PZ27), which consists of a basal medium and supplements packaged together. Choose from a variety of endothelial cell growth media to easily cultivate primary endothelial cells. Each endothelial cell growth medium has its own special formula and is optimized to grow certain cell types.
