Neurotransmitter Sensors
Neurotransmitters are important "messengers" that carry information between synapses. Neurotransmitter disorders are often associated with various diseases. As a result, the detection and tracking of neurotransmitters is a critical step in the study of brain function and related diseases. Our neurotransmitter sensor has extremely high sensitivity, molecular specificity, precise spatial resolution and sub-second response time. It has been verified on more than a dozen types of neurons in the brains of drosophila, zebrafish and mice, making it an important tool for studying brain function and analyzing the mechanisms of neurological diseases.

Acetylcholine Sensor | Ach | Acetylcholine is the first neurotransmitter discovered and is responsible for regulating processes such as sleep, addiction, learning and memory. GACh2.0 has a high signal-to-noise ratio and high sensitivity to optical signal changes in response to physiological concentrations of acetylcholine, with sub-second kinetics and high molecular specificity. |
Norepinephrine Sensor | NE | Norepinephrine is an important monoamine neurotransmitter. Our norepinephrine probes include two versions: NE1m and NE1h, corresponding to high/low affinity, suitable for detection of local synaptic transmission and non-local non-synaptic transmission of norepinephrine release. |

Our 5-HT fluorescent probe exhibits exceptional specificity and affinity for 5-HT molecules, with reaction rates reaching sub-second levels. |
GRAB Sensor | GPCR | GPCR activation-based sensors have no/low specific effects on neurons. They can be expressed in specific cell types and can detect the dynamics of extracellular neurotransmitters in cultured cells, brain slices, and living animals (e.g., flies, zebrafish, mice, rats, monkeys, etc.). |
