Figure 1 shows that humanized anti-pTau antibodies hACI-36-2B6-Ab1 and hACI-36 directed against the pTau vaccine peptide (T4.5) do not bind to the non-phosphorylated version of the peptide with (T4.6) homology - 3A8-Ab1.

IHC

Figure 2 shows tau junctions in the brains of 20-month-old Tau transgenic (biGT) mice stained with the humanized anti-pTau antibody hACI-36-2B6-Ab1. Staining showing tau junctions in the cortex (A) and hippocampus (B), and degenerated staining of neural networks visible in the hippocampus (B).

Figure 3 shows tau junctions in the brains of 20-month-old Tau transgenic (biGT) mice stained with the humanized anti-pTau antibody hACI-36-3A8-Ab1.
