Description

By stably transfecting TagGPF2-α-synuclein, a new green fluorescent SH-SY5Y cell line was developed. The TagGFP2-α-synuclein cell line is stably transfected and can be used for cell-based detection applications. This stably transfected cell line provides consistent expression levels, which helps simplify the interpretation of results. This cell line is intended to be used as an "in vitro" model for research.
