Description
NeuroFluor™ CDr3 is a membrane-permeable fluorescent probe that can selectively label living primary and neural progenitor cells derived from pluripotent stem cells. NeuroFluor™ CDr3 labeled cells can be observed using fluorescence imaging, quantified using flow cytometry, and separated using FACS. NeuroFluor™ CDr3 specifically binds to fatty acid binding protein 7 (FABP7) in mice, rats and humans.
