The retinal Muller cell line at Creative Biolabs constitutively expresses GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein) and CRALBP (cellular retinal binding protein) present in Muller cells. This immortalized cell line facilitates the study of gene expression in Müller cells and improves the understanding of Müller cell-neuron interactions.
