NeuroInduc™ Neural Stem and Progenitor Cells Proliferation Supplement (Mouse & Rat) is a standardized serum-free supplement used to culture mouse and rat neural stem cells and progenitor cells.
NeuroInduc™ Neural Stem and Progenitor Cells Proliferation Supplement (Mouse & Rat) is designed to be used in combination with NeuroInduc™ Basal Medium (Mouse & Rat) (Cat. No. NCC200509ZP) and appropriate cytokines (not included).
NeuroInduc™ Neural Stem and Progenitor Cells Proliferation Supplement (Mouse & Rat) is optimized to maintain the growth of mouse and rat neural stem cells in culture for a long time without losing its potential for self-renewal, proliferation or differentiation. When preparing a complete NeuroInduc™ proliferation medium, it is necessary to add human recombinant EGF (catalog number NCC200612ZP). When culturing cells obtained from adult mice or rats, human recombinant bFGF (catalog number NCC200614ZP) and heparin solution (catalog number NCC200613ZP) are also required.
