Product Overview

Description

Neuroinflammatory process is a key pathogenic factor Brain and spinal cord injury in the back. This applies not only to Acute brain injury and hypoxic-ischemic brain injury Stroke, but also used for chronic infections and neurodegenerative diseases Diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral cord Sclerosis (ALS), Lewy Body Dementia (LBD) and Multiple Sclerosis (Multiple sclerosis). In addition, local inflammation around the tumor also plays a role In the clinical progression and malignancy of glioblastoma, The most aggressive primary brain tumor. Rejection guide molecule A (RGMa) is a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) co-receptor of the rejection guide molecule family. It binds to BMPR1A and BMPR1B and ACVR2A and BMPR2, thereby binding BMP, thereby activating the intracellular SMAD1/5/8 signaling pathway. In humans, this protein is encoded by the RGMA gene. RGMa is a repelling guide molecule for retinal axons. In addition, neoflavomycin can be used as a receptor for RGM. The overexpression of Neogenin and the down-expression of RGM in the developing embryonic neural tube can induce apoptosis. The apoptotic activity of newborn neurons in the neural tube is related to the cleavage of its cytoplasmic domain by caspase. RGM can play an inhibitory role in prostate cancer by inhibiting cell growth, adhesion, migration and invasion. RGM can coordinate Smad-dependent and Smad-dependent signaling of BMP in prostate cancer and breast cancer cells.
