Description
Mouse anti-superoxide dismutase (Mn), clone 2A1, recognizes superoxide dismutase 2 (Mn), also known as superoxide dismutase 2 (SOD2). SOD2 is an antioxidant enzyme that participates in the body's defense against reactive oxygen species. Superoxide dismutase destroys harmful free radicals produced in cells and is toxic to biological systems.
