Description

Through stable transfection with green fluorescent BACE1, a new family of stable cell lines was developed. The green fluorescent BACE1 cell line has been stably transfected and is ready for cell-based detection applications. These stably transfected cell lines provide consistent expression levels, which helps simplify the interpretation of results. These cell lines are intended to be used as "in vitro" models for research.
