Description

Primary human astrocyte culture system is an ideal complete culture medium solution designed for the in vitro growth
of human astrocytes. This system is a bicarbonate-based buffer system that can maintain an acid-base buffer system
around pH 7.2 in an incubated 5% CO₂ gas environment. This system is a sterile liquid-mixed system containing
essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, growth factors, trace elements, and some other organic
and inorganic compounds, as well as fetal bovine serum (10%). This culture system is a liquid culture prepared based
on a fixed formula. It can provide a certain and appropriate balanced nutritional environment for astrocytes of human
cultured in vitro, and can selectively promote astrocyte expansion.
