Description

The primary neuronal cell culture system is an ideal serum-free complete culture medium solution designed for in vitro
growth of human, rat, mouse, rabbit and other mammalian neuronal cells. This system is a bicarbonate-based buffer
system that can maintain an acid-base buffer system around pH 7.2 in an incubated 5% CO₂ gas environment. This
system is a sterile liquid mixing system that contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones,
trace elements, growth factors such as B27 and some other organic and inorganic compounds.
