Description

The retroviral packaging mix provides a fast and convenient method for producing high-titer, non-replicating retroviruses. This packaging system based on the Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (MMLV) has the ideal host range for the target cells. It is a ready-to-use retroviral packaging mix that contains VSVG and produces high-titer retroviruses in only 48 hours. The separate expression of these essential viral structural genes can minimize the risk of cell division and reduce the chance of producing replication-type viruses, thereby ensuring the safety and control of the recombinant construct.

Shelf Life

Stored according to the instructions, this product can be stored stably for 6 months. The freeze-thaw cycle should be minimized by dividing it into disposable aliquots. Store aliquots in the refrigerator at -20°C until ready to use.
