pLenti-MCS Lentiviral Expression Vector
Lentiviral particles are produced from 293T cells by transient transfection of plasmids encoding viral particle components. For safety considerations regarding HIV-1 infectivity, recent lentiviral packaging systems have divided the viral components into 3 or 4 plasmids.
The pLenti-MCS lentiviral expression vector is an empty vector, which contains multiple promoter-free cloning sites (MCS). With these multiple restriction sites, you can easily clone the promoter of your choice and the gene of interest.
