Product Overview

Description

The CMV-bGI promoter is a combination of the CMV promoter, the human herpes virus intron region and the human β-globin intron region. Like CAG, it is a constitutive promoter with a strong promoter without cell tissue specificity.

TetTox, also known as TeNT, is the light chain of Tetanus toxin. It is a protease that can specifically degrade VAMP2, inhibit the release of synaptic glutamate transmitter vesicles, and interrupt the transmission of nerve electrical signals.
