Description

The antibody has been purified from phage display and shown to bind specifically to LINGO-1 by both ELISA and FACS. The antibody promotes the differentiation of human oligodendrocytes, promotes remyelination in brains treated with lysolecithin, and promotes in vivo myelination in the lysolecithin assay.

Figure 4 LINGO-1 ELISA assay showed that Li113 Fab bound to LINGO-1 with an EC50 of 0.09 nM. In the same experiment, the measured EC50 values of Li33 Fab, Li62 Fab and Li81 Fab were 0.30 nM, 0.26 nM and 0.11 nM, respectively.
