Description
The in vitro diagnostic (IVD) immunoassay kit used in the LUMIULSE G system can quantitatively measure β-amyloid 1-40 in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
The Lumipulse Gβ-amyloid protein 1-40 analysis method is designed to be used in conjunction with the Lumipulse Gβ-amyloid protein 1-42 analysis method to determine the ratio of amyloid in the clinical environment (β-amyloid protein 1-42 /β-amyloid protein Like protein 1-40). Diagnose dementia.
