Description
The kit includes supplements and growth factors specially developed for culturing embryonic rat cerebellar granule cells.
In order to successfully culture neurons, growth factors and supplements should be used in combination with a basal medium (NCC20-9PZ11) (sold separately).
Basal media (NCC20-9PZ11) and growth factors (NCC20-9PZ13) can be purchased separately or in the convenient CocKit™ format (NCC20-9PZ14)
