Description

CultWell™ plates provide a simple, standardized method for the generation of cell aggregates (including embryoid bodies (EBs) and spheroids). The EB and spheroids produced using the CultWell™ plate are consistent in size and shape, and are consistent between experiments and between experiments. The new and improved second-generation CultWell™ plates are compatible with a variety of cell types, including ES and iPS cells, cancer cells, etc. The enhanced optical characteristics provide clear imaging.
Note: To obtain the best EB and spheroids formation, anti-adhesion rinse solution (cat. NCC200645ZP) is required.
