Description

Adult brain separation frequently results in a large number of dead cells because adult neural cells are known to be delicate, which affects the survival of astrocytes in culture. When combined with MAXTM Astro Medium, MAX™ Astro Separation Buffer efficiently eliminates dead cells during cell separation, resulting in healthy adult astrocytes in culture.
