Description

StemTes™ Plus is a serum-free, stable cell culture medium for feeder-free human embryonic stem cells (ES) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS). It is based on the StemTes™ A (NCC200631ZP) formula, which is the most widely released feeder-free cell culture medium for human ES and iPS cells.

In order to improve the quality of cells during feed restriction, key media components (including FGF2) have been stabilized and the pH of the media is more stable. As a result, StemTes™ Plus can increase the rate of cell expansion during daily feeding, while maintaining cell quality during restricted feeding schedules.

Each batch of StemTes™ Plus supplements is used to prepare a complete StemTes™ Plus medium, and then human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) are used for performance testing in culture analysis.
