Description

The NeuroDiff™ hematopoietic kit includes serum-free basal medium and supplements. It can separate human embryonic stem cells (ES) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS) into feeder-free cells and become hematopoietic progenitor cells expressing CD34, CD45 and CD43.

The NeuroDiff™ hematopoietic kit has been optimized for differentiation and maintenance in the StemTes™ A Maintenance Medium, Feeder-Free (Catalog #NCC200631ZP) or StemTes™ E Maintenance Medium, Feeder-Free & Animal Component-Free (Catalog #NCC200633ZP) cell.
