Description
NeuroDiff™ cardiomyocyte support medium is a general-purpose medium that can limit the cardiomyocytes derived from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) during the transition from cryopreservation to thawing and from harvest to recultivation of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes pressure. After thawing or re-plating, the function of hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes is preserved, and the cells can be used for various downstream applications and analysis. You can use NeuroDiff™ Cardiomyocyte Maintenance Kit (Cat.#NCC200621ZP) to further maintain hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes for a long time.
