Description
The NeuroDiff™ Cardiomyocyte Dissociation Kit includes NeuroDiff™ Cardiomyocyte Dissociation Medium and NeuroDiff™ Cardiomyocyte Support Medium. NeuroDiff™ cardiomyocyte dissociation medium can be used to harvest and differentiate with human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) using the NeuroDiff™ cardiomyocyte differentiation kit (catalog number #NCC200624ZP) and stored in NeuroDiff™ cardiomyocyte maintenance medium (catalog number #NCC200621ZP) ) In the cardiomyocytes. NeuroDiff™ cardiomyocyte support medium can reduce the pressure on these cardiomyocytes during collection and plating, maintain their vitality and functional ability, and can be used for downstream applications and analysis.
