Cy5.5-labeled fluorescentdextran is a red fluorescent dextran conjugate with excitation/emission wavelengths around 673 nm/707 nm that has been used for live cell labeling.These functional dextrans were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
