Description
The antibody specifically binds to the Nogo receptor (NogoR), has the ability to compete MAG binding to soluble NogoRS; and inhibit binding of NOGO66 ligand to rHuNOGOSR. The antibody has uses, for example, in the treatment of spinal cord injury, brain trauma, paralysis, degenerative nervous system diseases, and stroke.
