Product Overview

Description

The BBB is a highly selective membrane that surrounds the blood vessels in the brain, and it can prevent many molecules, including potentially life-saving drugs, from entering the brain. The anti-TRPC4 BBB Shuttle Antibody is designed to bind to receptors on the surface of cells in the BBB, and once bound, the antibody can cross the BBB and into the brain. This technology has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of brain disorders by enabling drugs to reach the brain more effectively.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide amino acids 930-947 (FKSEKVVVEDTVPIIPKE) of rat TrpC4 (also known as short transient receptor potential channel 4, Trp4, capacitative calcium entry channel 1 and CCE1, accession number O35119)
Mouse: 100% identity (18/18 amino acids identical)
Human: 100% identity (18/18 amino acids identical)

Construction

We offer several options for BBB shuttle antibody design. Antibody construction can be customized according to customer requirements.
