Description
Mouse anti-human IL-1 Beta: no preservatives. Mouse anti-human IL-1β recognizes human interleukin 1β, also known as catabolin. IL-1β is a 153 amino acid ~ 18 kDa with an additional 116 propeptide region, which is cleaved in a mature form. IL-1β is an effective pro-inflammatory cytokine, released by activated macrophages in the form of ~35 preproteins, and then cleaved by caspase-1 to produce active cytokines

A recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human IL-1β.
