Each kit contains eight nitrocellulose membranes dotted with 15 different antibodies and printed in duplicate to detect stem cell markers. Including buffers, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP and chemiluminescent reagents, stem cell markers can be detected from cell lysates.
