Product Overview

Description

This is an enzyme-free reagent used to selectively detachment neural rosette clusters from adherent neural aggregates produced by human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. After incubation with the reagent, collecting and re-inoculating rosette clusters will produce a high-purity neural progenitor cell population that can be further subcultured into single cells.
